Yankee gutters
Built-in wood gutters hidden in the cornice are common and frequently leak into walls. We reline them in soldered copper rather than removing the original cornice.
Neighborhood conservation districts
Avon Hill, Half Crown-Marsh and Mid-Cambridge have their own review processes. We confirm what needs a certificate before you sign.
Mixed roof types
One house can have slate on the main roof, metal on the porch and a membrane on the rear ell. We handle all three under one contract.
