How we approach it
Our free inspection covers the roof field, flashing, gutters, chimneys, skylights and attic ventilation. You get a written report with photos, an estimated remaining life and repairs ranked as urgent, within two years, or watch and wait.
For home buyers, condo associations and historic property owners we also offer a detailed condition survey with a measured roof plan, slate or shingle counts and a 10-year maintenance budget.

Yes, for owner-occupied homes in our service area. There is no obligation and no fee if you decide not to hire us.
Every two to three years for slate and copper roofs, and after any major storm. Shingle roofs over 15 years old benefit from an inspection every two years.
As little as possible. We use ladders, roof hooks, binoculars and drone photos to avoid cracking sound slate.
